Community Choice Finance used AAR Associates Asset Recovery to steal my vehicle from Greenville, SC on 12/13/24 where they are no longer licensed. They fraudulently

repossessed cars, on 12/13/24 after having me pay TitleMax who they stated was in charge of my account, from which I paid the title off in June 2024 they illegally repossessed my car and have not notified me how much I owe on this car for the past 13 days, never sent me a notice to cure cause I would have corrected the issue then but they are violating the terms and AAR is also violating them but picking up my car when I have already paid for the title loan off.

They just sent me a letter stating they are going to sell my car on 1/5/2024 which needs to be corrected before this becomes personal.

Community Choice Financial resurfaced 6 months after not being able to operate in Greenville SC on 12/13/24 with the help of AAR to steal my car using their name and address which is fraudulent. My vehicle is being held outside of Greenville, SC, and because it is now stolen property, Community Choice will not tell me what I owe because they know I owe nothing but this is about to get some major view if they dont correct this tomorrow.

They are very poorly managed and all they want is to take your money. I needed a loan and they contacted me I dont know how they got my information but at the time I was desperate and I attempted to take the loan.

This lead to buying gift cards to pay there loan processing fees and eventually I was in worse shape than I started. They still want more money just to return the money I gave them does that make sense.

User's recommendation: Find another method of getting a loan
