Social Worker Chrissy Parlow Is Completely Out of Line Community Care Inc. Covers for Her

This was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a so-called professional.

Chrissy Parlow, a social worker with Community Care Inc., decided to stick her nose into a personal, volatile family situation between my fiancée and her estranged mother without being asked, without consent, and without even being given contact information. Yet somehow, she got my fiancées number and kept messaging her.

Then she sent a message that was absolutely disgusting. She dropped the F-bomb multiple times, called my fiancée a "garbage human," and completely crossed every line you can imagine. And keep in mind this is someone working with vulnerable elderly clients.

After receiving this abusive message, we tried to report it to her supervisor, Jennifer Giersch, who apparently doesnt think returning phone calls or addressing serious misconduct is part of her job.

Zero accountability. No follow-up. Just silence.

This entire situation has been handled with nothing but negligence and unprofessionalism.

If this is how Community Care treats families defending toxic behavior and ignoring complaints then no one should feel safe trusting them with anyone, especially the elderly.

Avoid this organization and anyone affiliated with it. They dont care about families, they protect their own no matter how damaging their behavior is.

They are horrible to work with they should not be involved in any ones life. All I wanted was to know was if it was possible .

I expected more from someone that is supposed to be a social worker just keep everyone of your people away from me . Your company is useless and harmful to me.

Community Care Inc. has been stealing Medicaid dollars intended for recipients for years with the help of the WI Department of Health Services and the Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Services.

Community Care Inc. CEO Mr. Kenneth Munson is the conduit in this elaborate scheme. Mr.

Munson is former Secretary for the WI Department of Health Services and Region V director For the US Department of Health & Human Services. In his former jobs, Mr. Munson directly influenced policy for the Medicaid funding which Community Care uses to operate its business. Clients on the Community Care Inc.

program have been denied equipment, physically & mentally abused & deprived of basic human decency under the watchful eye of one Ed Kohl, who is program manager for the Family Care program there at Community Care Inc.

These indiscrections have cost taxpayers in Wisconsin at least several million dollars. So pay up Community Care Inc.

Community Care Inc. is a managed care organization that is contracted with the WI Department of Health Services to administer a public healthcare program called Family Care.

Community Care delivers healthcare to its members by subcontracting with providers to deliver healthcare services at a contracted rate. These services include long term care placements in assisted living facilities or group homes. The funding for this program is through the state Medicaid program. As a provider of group home services I have reported complaints to the WI DHS since January of 2013.

Community Care Inc. has repeatedly violated members "freedom of choice" rights. Despite numerous complaints to the so-called state oversight agency, nothing has been done to curtail this illegal and unethical activity by Community Care Inc.

Just recently Community Care Family Care program director Ed Kohl boasted in open court under oath that the state and federal "freedom of choice" law doesn't apply to Community Care Inc. As a taxpayer I'm incensed that my tax dollars are going to a "non-profit" organization ($10,000,000 profit in 2012)that violates its members rights and doesn't have to follow the laws like everyone else.
