I have repeatedly filed complaints with all the proper parties and agencies about how badly this corporation truly is against their nursing home residents to the point I even attempted to contact the C.E.O. himself but to no avail.
This pretty bad when you go through roughly 10 administrators in 16 months and the problem is still getting even worse.
What more can a person do when it's quite clear cooperate clearly is instilled this type of behavior to be enforced and accepted within their facilities.
I stand by my complaint, with the documentation and footage to support these legitimate and accurate claims. .
