Arris is out of business no longer providing support on any product line
Again, Arris is out of business, bought out by another company that is not providing support, so don't bother trying to get support because you won't get it unless you want to talk to somebody in India with less than three brain cells and not get anywhere. The best suggestion I can offer is to get another unit from some other company.

Arris sb8200 hacked
My ARRIS MODEM was hacked and ARRIS refused to assist in resetting a password with my permission. Very poor CS
User's recommendation: When I had problems with my LG OLED TV LG was able to remotely connect to my TV and fix the issues. Of course, I acquired my permission to enter my TV. ARRIS could do the same, but refuses to provide the same kind of customer service that LG provides for their customers

I never.received my package
- I ordered on Oct 10 and never received it.
- Tracking shows delivered but it's missing.
- I want my money back.

When I tracked the package it was delivered
When I checked the package was no where to be found
I have a ring in front my door,so it will alert me when someone it at my door
I just want my money back
I dont know where the courier leave my package

It impersonates a legitimate store and takes payment without delivering products. (Evidence submitted to authorities - reportfraud.ftc.gov)As right now, I have a pending case against this merchant fraud after Ive done everything I could to solve this matter properly. No luck! Seller used fraudulent tracking number not addressed to me.
Also, chose not to respond my calls and emails.
They actually blocked me. If you are a victim of this scammer just like me, file a CFPB Complaint.

I would like to track my shipment, however everything reroutes to a *** PayPal ad.
- Cannot contact the business and requests a response about missing product.
- Has not received any product and wants to know where the money went.
Where in the actual *** is this business??? Why is contacting them by any means as inconceivable as waking up one day to see Jesus drinking coffee in your living room?!? I would ABSO-FUCKING-LUTELY appreciate the owner of said mystical, unfathomable, magical, nearly non-fucking existent business to grow some stones and respond to the ever curious consumers as to where the *** their money is going with no product received.
