I need to return 2 items from an order. Apple Pay had a glitch and associated my work email (which I can no longer access) to my account.

Bad customer service
- - Options: store credit, half refund, or refund to original payment; they requested full refund and shipping, but no reply or return address.
I have tried to email them to create a return for few pieces that didn't fit me or had different material then expected. They emailed me back with a few options, 1 was to keep all clothing items with full store credit, 2 was to keep all clothing and half refunded or 3 refund to original payment.
I emailed back wanting a full refund to original payment and happy to pay for shipping, however got no reply back! I then emailed again and still nothing about a return address.

Charged credit card but did not get items ordered!

It has been a week since I placed order but when I put the order number I got when I initially ordered, their website says there is no such order!
