Falling pictures
I unfortunately purchased many command strips,because I have many pictures of various sizes.Mostly because we rented appartments and I didn't want to repair many nail holes.But that being said,they are a great dissapointment.They have cost me about twelve picture frames,because they did not stay advered to the walls or pictures.Without exaggerating,I do not recommend hanging pictures where people sit or they can be a hazard by falling on people.

Horrible customer service Bren was very rude! I called in as 3 of my frames fell off the wall using 3m I just called to get reimbursed for the product purchased.
They want me to mail everything too then. It’s too much over 9 bucks. I wasn’t even requesting them replace my frames they were very inexpensive.
I’m highly upset and will not purchase another 3m command item. Beth the supervisor was rude as well!

Command small hook on the wall and it has literally a keyring with three keys on it and it fell off the wall and took off the paint. I rent and now I'm responsible to paint the entire wall. Not too thrilled with this product.

PURCHASED SEVERAL SIZES---FOLLOWED DIRECTIONS EXACT--WITHIN 2 HOURS--24 HOURS FELL OFF
WHAT MOJRE CAN BE STATED THAN ABOVE. A FEW YEARS PAST I PURCHASD SAME FOR MY TILE WALLED BATHROOM AND THEY ARE STILL HOLDING STRONG ALBEIT THEY MAY OF BEEN A DIFFERENT NAME.
I ALSO HAVE SOME ON BEDROOM DOORS FOR HANGING ITEMS OF CLOTHING-THEY ALSO WERE PURCHASED TWO OR THREE YEARS PAST. I PUT ONE OF THEM ON MY FRONT DOOR FOR A CHRISTMAS WREATH FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS-----FELL OF WITH WREATH TWO DAYS LATER.
PACKAGE PURCHASED THEM IN IS NOT IN GOOD SHAPE AND IT'S NOT WORTH THE EFFORET TO GO BACK TO WALLMARTS IN DANVERS, MA TO RETURN--THEY WEREN'T CHEAP ---BUT WILL CALL IT A DAY AND NOT PURCHASE ANY OF COMMAND PRODUCTS IN THE FUTURE AS NOTHNG WORKS THE WAY IT IS EITHER ADVERTISED VIA MEDIA OR ON PACKAGE PURCHASED.
