They do not care about you at all only your money. DO NOT GET SCAMMED!!! By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Paul is a discriminating, rude, obnoxious person.
He has no business experience trying to run this company by the way he treats his customers. His furniture is trash and it is never as described. Save yourself the time and look for another place to buy furniture.
If something goes wrong, you will have so much trouble getting in touch with the nasty owner and having him come to an agreement. He just wants to scam you out of your money!!!

Very rude! The way they speak to you is like they are the only ones on the market selling furniture and you need to just suck up the rudeness. They claim to have the lowest prices there for not paying any attention to customer needs. They will even tell you to cancel the order if you don't like the way they talk to you.
The prices are NOT the lowest by the way, you can by the same stuff elsewhere with free delivery and assembly and skip the frustration. And now I clearly see why so many people wrote such bad reviews about them.
Here comes another one. I would not recommend that company to anyone!
WORST FURNITURE COMPANY EVER
Do not purchase anything from Comfyco. The pictures/descriptions are totally different from what you'll get in person.
The customer service guy treats his customers like *** - calling you names, cursing, yelling and hanging up the phone on you, it's rather shocking that they treat their customers like that!
All of the positive reviews that I'm seeing online are all fake - read through all of the negative ones to get a real feel for this company. They do not accept returns and all sales are final, better to go in person to test our furniture and see what you're getting before purchasing online.
BAD QUALITY FURNITURE and horrible customer service
I ordered a sectional couch - it was literally the cheapest material I've ever seen in my life. Just a cheap foam piece inside the couch cover.
The description clearly states that it is made entirely of high density foam and no coils but this is not the case as there were cheap metal coils inside the foam and the couch was rock hard. I immediately called their customer service and like all of the reviewers mentioned, the owner answered was beyond rude. Instead of listening to the issue he sat on the phone arguing with me. It's really evident that they lack customer service and they are scammers.
Once they sell you a product there is no turning back. BEWARE - do not order from this site.
You will receive a horrible cheap product. Not worth your money or time!

Bait and Switch- Cussed me out!
Ordered a couch online they took the money but I never received an email.
I emailed them and asked about confirmation. I explained I needed to know when delivery is because I'm in a wheel chair and need to have someone move my current furniture.
They said they sent an email to my address (that forwards ) that the couch had been sold out and removed from the site. Then they wanted me to take a "lesser value" couch.
I politely said no thank you and asked for a refund. Heard nothing back.
Paid with paypal and opened a contact dispute.
I received a call from "Paul" who proceeded to be nasty with me about requesting a refund through pay pal.He said I'm not emailing them , but yet he answered my first email about delivery so how are you getting no emails from me. He refused to refund my money until I dropped the dispute . I , of course, refused. You are trying to bait and switch me with a couch and you want me to drop the dispute so you can keep my money? Not a chance!
He proceeded to cuss me out using the "F" word over and over, told me I was nuts for not taking the couch and told me to go check into the hospital.
I finally began screaming and yelling at the guy as he continued to cuss me out. I asked him several times is this the way you conduct business? He replied "Yea it is" So here is the way I do business. I had my 6'3" 265 lbs former Pro Wrestling husband call him and tell him he's on his way there to get my refund in person. Guess who got a refund in less than 5 minutes?
YEP he bullied a woman but not so much my husband.
AVOID THESE PEOPLE! They are the WORST in customer service! They tried to bait and switch me! They take advantage of the handicapped. They have no respect for woman, and were going to keep my money until threatened.
Hey Paul- maybe YOU need to check into an anger management program.

I attempted to purchase a bed from this company, which was delivered and installed in my home. I specifically chose a model of bed that didn't require a box spring; the item description on their website, comfyco.com, specifically said: "This bed is Platform bed type. Platform beds have become a standard in a modern furniture production all over the world, being popular at first in Europe and Asia. However now they've become a latest 'rage' in US as well. Platform Type Beds provide excellent support for your mattress. Either solid platform or metal-framed wooden slots platform is used. You will need no box-spring or metal frame for this type of bed." However, the actual bed is not a platform bed, and in fact only has 3 thin flimsy pieces of wood in the center frame, as opposed to the slats of a platform bed, unless the employees installed it incorrectly. Therefore, in order to use it, I would have to obtain and install actual slats, plus get a box spring, and I ordered this specific bed to avoid all this. Because the installed bed takes up most of the bedroom, and I couldn't put the mattress on it in its state, I had to sleep on the couch while resolving the issue. I called the company, and they were unsympathetic, arguing "yes, what is written on the website isn't true, but for that cost you can't really expect a real platform bed, plus it's technically a platform in a certain manner of speaking, plus if you check the terms and conditions it says that we're not 100% responsible for the content on the website, so legally we're not obligated to honor any complaints". This is not a valid defense against deceptive and misleading advertising practice. They offered no options or recompense.
All this is aside from the fact the bed frame is not great.
Also, the guy was super rude on the phone. There are much better options out there, avoid these guys!

Horrible Company!
What a HORRIBLE shopping experience. I suggest that you DO NOT consider purchasing with this company as they false advertise.
They do not honor what their website says. I ordered a sectional couch shipping to PA. In the shopping cart it allows you to enter your zip code to calculate the shipping cost. The shipping clearly showed FREE.
I proceeded with the order. About an hour later I received an email from "Paul" stating that they do not ship to my area for free and it will be a $179 delivery fee! I simply replied to this email with a screenshot of my cart showing that it stated delivery was FREE. He was extremely rude in his reply and refused to honor what the website claimed.
After several emails back and forth, without my consent, he decided to cancel my order. I was extremely frustrated at this point and called the customer service line. To my luck, Paul answered the phone. Apparently he is the only person that works there as he stated he was the manager too.
I find this hard to believe as he does not know how to treat a customer. He offered to reinstate my order after I regrettable accepted the delivery fee of $179. He then asked if i needed delivery and assembly or just delivery. He explained to me that delivery and set up would take a little longer as they would need to send two drivers to my location for set up.
I was willing to opt for just a delivery, not assembly, but he was going to charge me the same rate of $179 just for delivery. Does this make sense?? Why would someone pay $179 for just delivery when its the same price for delivery AND assembly. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Needless to say, I DID NOT reinstate my order and I will NEVER purchase from this website again. I recommend that you DO NOT spend your hard working money on this company.

WASTE OF MONEY
Worst customer service ever. Ordered a sofa & loveseat online and when they came they were leather not fabric.
I called the same day and they were closed, so I called Monday and they said they can not return since the boxes were gone even though I was going to buy new couches from them in another color and fabric. The guy who was on the phone with my was very stubborn and had no sense of customer service.
Now I am stuck with these couches and can not return them. PUT YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY KNOW HOW TO RUN A COMPANY.

COMPANY CALLS CUSTOMERS MOTHER *** AND RETARDS
Where do i begin. I ordered a futon which was going to take like a month to be delivered. I didn't mind so I said sure because they're prices are good. On the day of the delivery my window is 2-6pm. I was having company over and just wanted to get an estimate because I needed to go buy dinner.
So I call up, and whatever the hispanic dudes name is that answers the phone I assume he answers the phones all the time and he never tells his name. But I call up and ask if they can narrow it down. At this point it was 3pm so I figured they would have an idea.
He said "No we have no tracking to do that." so I said "You don't know where your drivers are right now?" He said "Theyre going from DC today so we don't know"
So I said "Let's do this, if you give me the drivers number i'll call him up real quick and just see roughly where he is"
Then he got nasty "We don't do that, why would we just give you his cell number" I thought to myself...um because i'm a customer and paid you hundreds of dollars?
So I said "So we can figure it out, but hey whatever, if I'm not here you'll just have to take the couch and with it" so he goes
"YOU CAN CANCEL RIGHT NOW AND PAY A 20% RESTOCKING FEE!" then I flipped lol "GO *** YOURSELF!" I said.
Here's the kicker...HE HUNG UP ON ME AND CANCELLED MY ORDER, REFUNDING ME THE MONEY LESS THE RESTOCKING FEE...he actually cancelled the order on THEIR BEHALF...and stole my money...I never got the couch.
I call the next day and say where is it...I notice in my email it says they cancelled it...I say "Oh I see you cancelled it, I'm getting my money back from my credit card company and you're *** done, I'm going to destroy your company" He goes
"YEAH WE CANCELLED IT WE DON'T WORK WITH RETARDS AND MOTHER *** LIKE YOU!"
THIS COMPANY IS ACTUALLY EVIL, never buy from them...you might get your couch but it will be broken and the customer service is so rude...I would NEVER let any of their delivery guys into my house.

Damages and No RESPONSE!
I purchased furniture from Comfyco that was severely damaged in transit. My mom signed in lieu of me as I was at work, and she was unaware that the couch could be raised for storage, and this is where the damage was located.
I contacted the company the next business day, only to have vulgarities hurled at me for simply asking about an exchange.
What's worse is that this is after they pleaded with me weeks before to have my furniture delivered weeks later than originally scheduled.
Do yourself a favor and find the item you like on their website, but buy it elsewhere....trust me it's worth it.
COMFYCO sold me a defective sofa and refused to replace it
On August 23rd 2012, I place an order with Comfyco for a sofa and loveseat. The items were delivered on August 29th, 2012.
I noticed a defect in the sofa and immediately notified Comfyco online store about the problem. I was told to take photos of the sofa and email the individual I was on the phone with asap. I sent the email and was told the sofa would be replaced. On Wednesday I received a call from Comfyco that they could not replace the sofa because the drivers did not see the defect when the furniture was delivered.
DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM COMFYCO ONLINE STORE.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LAST ON THEIR LIST.

I purchased a sofa and loveseat from comfyco in August 2012. Furniture was delivered on August 29th.
I discovered that the molding on the sofa was broken and taped over to avoid discovery. I contacted Comfyco furniture immediately when I discovered this, minutes after delivery. They told me to take pictures and email to them which I did. However when I contacted them again the following Tuesday to discuss delivery of new furniture they refused to replace the furniture.
DO NOT BUY ANY FURNITURE FROM THESE PEOPLE. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.
THE CUSTOMER IS NOT VALUED AT ALL. THIS IS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH COMFYCO AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM THEM.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a red couch and the next day I was told to pick another color in a rude manner. I explained that I really wanted it in red and asked how long would it take if I waited for that, they said 4 months. Then I said well if I pick another color can you accommodate me if I chose another color.
They responded with these exact words..."Who do you think You are? All service to you, since now, will be refused.
I'm going to make sure no order under your name or from your address will ever be processed by us. We are not interested in spoiled, arrogant, greedy customers."
