As of Wed 1/25/2017 the TVs stopped working on allot of channels. Everyday I went to the front desk to ask what happened and when they would be fixed.
They said they called Comcast , were waiting on them to come and had no idea when they would be fixed 3 days later on Sat I went down to the front Desk Sat 1/28/2017. She said that no one else was complaining and she would send somebody up to look at my TV. 5 hrs later no one showed up. I called the desk and they sent a man up, he said he would try to fix it and then came back with a man and they asked me to leave the Hotel 3 pm and it was 20 outside.
I said you want me to leave because I am reporting that my TV is not getting the channels? He said yes. I was like you have to be kidding? They called the Schiller park Police about 3 30 1/28 and they police said I had 45 minutes to get out.
The Police said that if the Mgr wanted me out for any reason that I had to leave. I am 55 years old and this came as a very huge shock to me that a hotel would kick me out because my tv was not working. Come to find out the TV tech said that he thought Comcast had switched to HD Tv and that none of the Hotel Tvs were HD and they would never work.
Then I was packed up in the lobby and this big guy that worked in the hotel said I would have to leave the property. I was not aware that Comfort Suite's hotel would kick somebody out that wanted to have the tv working , it happened to me.
