Employee sold my cash deposit
- Paid a $100 cash deposit to Terri; not documented.
- No damage found; deposit not in cash drawer.

I stayed at the Comfort Suites in Kingwood/Humble TX. I paid deposit with cash.
Upon checking out at asked for my deposit back the Front desk agent she inspected the room and did not find any problem with damage or that a property when she came back to get my deposit out of the cash drawer it was not there. I paid the deposit to Terri, the worker on the 3 PM to 11 PM shift. Terri did not document that she had taken $100 deposit. I asked to look at the general manager I was told he was not available I have left numerous messages no call back.
I have a witness that saw me pay the hundred dollar deposit.
Do not stay at this hotel youll get your money stolen and be charged more than the listed price for items in their store. Front desk agent Terri charged me more for a bottle of water in the front desk agent Cory that was working the morning shift
