- - Charged me for a missing hair dryer though it was present.
- - It hung on the back of the bathroom door when I checked in; front desk laughed.
This hotel charged me for a missing hair dryer. When the hair dryer was never missing.
It was hanging on the back of the bathroom door where it was originally at when I checked into the room. When calling the front desk about this the lady at the front desk laughed when I stated I didnt have the blow dryer and that it was not a valid charge.
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Do not book with this hotel they will say you stole things just to get money out of you
