Office Manager Karmen Very Nasty and childish
Good afternoon, today my husband Michael went to get teeth cleaning at the Cherry Creek office and was very upset in the way the cleaning took place. First of all, we instructed that when we signed up for the Gold Plan, that we would have “free cleaning once a year.” We have paid a year in advance for the program that you were offering. He went in and paid the $25.00 Co-Pay, and then the person who was doing the “cleaning” barely cleaned his teeth, perhaps ½ way done. Then the doctor comes in and scrapes around a little more, and he paid$100.00. No one informed him that it was a different procedure than just a regular cleaning, very very disappointed. So I called the office and spoke with the lady answering the phone and told her how disappointed we were and she referred me to the office manager, Karmin. She was very rude to me and said to me that my husband had to talk to her and not me. Jackie M My name is Michael M***** Wanted to share with you a problem that we have. Today February 06, 2019 at 10 o'clock I went down to the comfort dental on 2nd Avenue and University Boulevard. Add an appointment for a teeth cleaning which I thought was free, and it was not! I paid $100 for it in my wife told me when I got home it should have been free of charge. Nobody informed me that there was a charge. Then I called back and talked to the manager Karmen Karmen very rude very short ask me six times for my birthday. She was not having a perfect day and was *Very Very Nasty*** Karmen, the office manager, was so CHILDISH she hung up on me, and I called back about 2 minutes later and spoke to a lady by the name of Missy Very professional person Missy is, and I hope she takes Karmen's position because she is excellent. Back to my teeth cleaning doctor Mike in the assistant Anna was just so beautiful they know how much I respect them because they are so professional and I could not wait for doctor Mike to repair my teeth. Looking for an implant two crowns and more dental work from comfort dental and doctor Mike to the tune of $4500Plus $25 for each visit which is fine. After being treated so rudely inappropriately and just utter disrespectful I am going to take my business elsewhere and same with my wife, Jackie We will never step foot in a Comfort Dental office. We are going to give Google a reference of a -0 because of Karmen. I do Expect a refund! for I have had a lot of dental work done. I went to Dr Brad, Dr Jill . and have had trouble dexcribing my pain to them. If you have a dental scraping you better be over pain in one refill of your just out of luck. I thought this is why I paid big money for. Comfort and my teeth done correctly. They don't even call to see if your OK the next day. It took one year for the dental scrapping which was over one thousand dollars pain to finally stop. They call that normal dental pain so take an asprin. Lots or money. I am not happy with treatment. I paided cash everytime. I asked for my file so I can take my paint elsewhere. They never returned my call. Just like when you are in pain. I spent $200.00 and I am still in pain. Give me my file and money back. This is not a comfortable place.
I have spent thousands of dollars on my teeth and trusted Comfort Dental Care at 8853 Rockville Road, Indianapolis,IN46234. To keep me out of pain and tell me the truth about my teeth. I came here for sedation dentistry. It costs you $50.00 for gas. I feel they did not read the extra well enough to see there was a small crack in bridge on right side. I first thought it was my sinus but after being exrayed and spending another two hundred dollars I find out my problem is a crack in the tooth. Comfort Dental is not interested in your pain only your money. I spend a thousand dollars on deep clearning which I trusted him to keep me out of pain. Well if your pain is more then one refill then you are in trouble. Because this more then normal dental pain. I have always paided in cash and go home and wait to see if it hurts. Then call back and wait, in your pain. When Dr. Jill does call she wants to know a number for the level of pain? When your in pain who wants to hear this. I thought I was paying for a comfort dental care? Well if they drill your gums why wouldn't they understand pain????I felt they were very unprofessional and wonder if they would put up the treatment I was given. I just want my file sent to me, so I can find a real dentist.
