Poor customer service, refuses to hear complaint.
I called their corporate office to report several examples of illegal and immoral behavior of one of their franchisees, examples I can prove via photos, texts, emails, and other documentation. Yet nobody will take my calls, return my calls, or reply to emails, their only response has been through their lawyers (yes, plural, they've sicked two on me).
Pretty unusual way for a legitimate company to respond to these concerns, no?
I've never heard of a company hiring attorneys to take customer service calls.
This company (ComForCare) and its parent company, Best Life Brands, have not only refused to act on this information, they've refused to even hear it. Buyer beware, they not only are unwilling to hold their franchisees accountable, their response seems to indicate that they don't even care.
