Report fraud and financial abuse
Have a Direct Express Card that people have continuously thought to take money from on a monthly basis knowing that I'm on a fixed income through a retirement railroad survivor's disability insurance fund and have been since I have been 17 years of age. My name is Christin Walters, I also had one other issue that was not resolved and that was I had a gray BMW that was put in my name and repoed because of the individual that I had been seeing that worked at Matthews Ford signing it from a Luxury Auto in Columbus and it was not taken off of my credit after being repoed and I still owe $13,000 for a car that I never had that had been taken back Apparently after they shot the windows out they had hidden it as well car dealership near downtown Newark where it was found that way. If I could see about some kind of forgiveness with that that would be fantastic thank you.

Ihave a check for $4950.00
I received a check in the mail and it came from a doctor for around 4 950.00. I thought it may br a refund where I overaid the doctor because I've recently had some back surgery and it being the end of the year I thought they may have reconciled their books and sent out checks to the patients.
I had never heard of the doctor so I called the bank and the lady told me it was a good check but that is all she could tell me. I had just changed banks and I sent the check in to be deposited and the check did not go through. I called the bank back and spoke with a guy who did not have a clue what color the sky was blue or green. He said the check was not good.
It has locked down my new account and I must drive 3 hrs one way in person to clarify this mistake. I'm afraid the bank may think I'm passing bad checks. I called another number and the guy wanted to see how much was in all my accounts and said I must have a 500 limit before the check.is cashed because of the type of check it was. He could never give me an answer.
So now I'm afraid he may have worked for the bank and was trying to scam me. I looked the doctor up.
He is a billionaire. So I'm sure he does not pas bad checks and this may make him look bad.

Preferred solution: A reason why I was not told the first time I called it was not a good check. They need to call my bank Navy Federal Credit Union and handle things with them.

Why are you stealing my money?
I got ripped off by the last company to run a card scam for California's child support system so I did not want another card. This was forced on me and now Comerica is just going to keep my $200 from June.
I live on the lowest amount of Social Security because I am disabled.
The expected child support payments are deducted from my Social Security amount. This means I only had $832 to live on in June.
I was told to wait for the card and then I could get my money. I waited, over a month, and it never arrived. I went through all the hoops to finally be able to call Way2Go's customer service, only to be told to call Child Support again.
I tried to outline what I had been through with Child Support these last few months, few decades...
and that they had told me to call Way2Go, but he was unwilling to listen and blew me off and left me with another dead end.
Jonathan kept explaining the same words over and over again about their supposed policy. He treated me like a child. So superior... This was after over an hour of hold music torture.
I'm seeking action against them over this alone.
I have contacted my congresswoman and will follow up with other State officials. I don't know if I'll ever get my $200.

Stonewalled by Comerica Bank (Direct Express)
After many attempts,reps,attachments,days and hours in hold I am livid because I am denied access to my money even though I have given them my government issued l.d. which is not expired and sent from my Veteran Affairs advocate on my fourth submission.
I can't do much without money. I am pissed! I am near becoming completely irrational and would not see this as a violation of my civil rights if it were not so. My recommendation would be to Live in a Perfect World if at all possible and don't forget to thank the criminals who have made things difficult for us by utilizing technology so clever that I am forced into a corner.
The Bank tells me nothing! After all who's to say it's me.

The “other number” you called was a guy in on the scam. He was going to ask for a couple thousand dollars and let you keep the rest.
Then they pull the check back out of your account leaving you overdrawn. The check was valid when you called the bank (BTW don’t call, go in ). For that brief snapshot in time. The gentleman at the bank wasn’t clueless or incompetent.
You deposited a bad check for $5000 into a new account. The bank’s software probably caused an alert and that’s why your account is locked. This info was all over his screen but he can’t disclose it to you. All of this aside, you know you didn’t know the doctor.
You also know you did not overpay your doctor by $5000.
There are Comerica branches in your city, you should have went in person. And you need a bank that has branches near you, not three hours away.
