Disappointed with the Comelit HFX-7000M Door Entry System
I purchased the Comelit HFX-7000M Door Entry System with the expectation of receiving a high-quality, reliable product. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.
The system worked well initially, but I started experiencing issues where it ceased functioning altogether.
Despite multiple attempts at troubleshooting - including contacting the installer and Comelit USA's technical customer service - the problem has not been resolved.
I'm particularly disappointed with the customer service experience. Despite my earnest attempts to work with them on resolving the issue, I felt my concerns were not adequately addressed, leaving me with a non-functional system that was a significant investment.
Given my experience, I cannot recommend the Comelit HFX-7000M Door Entry System to other potential customers.
I urge others to consider my experience when deciding whether to invest in this product. I truly wish my experience had been different, as the product initially showed promise.
