Inability to reach/speak with representative boout error on my bill

I received an email stating I was overdue, I kknew I had paid it, tried to call to resolve issue, could not get past automated system despite multiple requests for representative or agent.

Auto payments sent somewhere else...unknown.. Had to pay 650.00 to turn service back on....no explanation just pay now to reconnect ...no help from comcast,just run around

Horrible experience being held hostage.

I want to widen my driveway, and no one at this company has any idea of I need to do or contact. Ugly green pedistal sticks out of the ground and can easily be buried. I don't need it moved, just install an underground one, so I can enjoy my property. I have to pay storage fees to store my boat. I can't enjoy the property where I live and do what I want on it.
