My submission of nearly 200 cards was accepted at 1:07 PM at your office. These cards are worth nearly $5K and are my 9-year-old son's cards.
I've heard nothing from COMC. No confirmation email, you received them, nothing. I've emailed multiple times. Submitted info on your website customer support multiple times.
Left multiple phone messages. Now I am posting on your Instagram posts. It seems like someone at your office received these cards (all slabs, autographs, numbered cards) and stole them.
Please have someone reach back out to me. My submission numbers (some of them) are below.

So I placed an auction order over a month ago. Tracking says I have received my cards but I haven't .
I only received 1 out of the 3. I simply just want a refund or store credit either one is fine .
I just want it taking care of today. Order #12-1285*-***60 & order#2 04-128**-**625 Obviously the cards are not here

Customer requested cancellation and return for this which was denied per our stated policy. Now they claim the package was never delivered despite tracking showing it was.
They were offered the opportunity to provide a letter from USPS stating the tracking was wrong and the package is lost for a refund. They claim they should still just get a refund.
