Bunch of bull $#!*!!

Told me via website they could schedule a call back in late Oct, 30 days+ from now, maybe Nov ... 45+ days from.now.

This rotten Co. needs to go away. Useless. Predatory towards sellers, but not giving a hoot is the worst!

It's as if they've given up.

Run very poorly.

Told me to call in Oct.

Maybe Nov to reach someone. Yuck.

Dumb. Bye.

Missing cards

I've heard nothing from COMC. No confirmation email, you received them, nothing. I've emailed multiple times. Submitted info on your website customer support multiple times.

Left multiple phone messages. Now I am posting on your Instagram posts. It seems like someone at your office received these cards (all slabs, autographs, numbered cards) and stole them.

Please have someone reach back out to me. My submission numbers (some of them) are below.

Have not received my purchases

Customer requested cancellation and return for this which was denied per our stated policy. Now they claim the package was never delivered despite tracking showing it was.

They were offered the opportunity to provide a letter from USPS stating the tracking was wrong and the package is lost for a refund. They claim they should still just get a refund.
