Verified BuyerPeople can get sick need to go intensive care because of rotten meat inside of a salami that's not properly done because it's got air pockets and meat goes bad and goes rotten in goes putrid.
I have called and complained to Columbus salami makers and they recognize that sometimes that happened by accident but this is an ongoing thing.Trader Joe's they are buying or getting the stuff which is really bad. it used to be Trader Joe's get the good stuff now they're just getting the garbage every time of the salamis.
The Trader Joe's store that I use, managers are annoyed with me but they can't deny that is bad when I return the bad salami and get my money back it's a pain in the butt have to do that.
I quit buying the salame secche. That's a good legitimate reason to not shop at Trader Joe's!!!

User's recommendation: Do not buy Columbus Elemento at Trader Joe's any more this is been going on for over a year it's bad and you waste your money and you can get very sick for meat that's inside of a sausage or salami that's going bad I have complained to Columbus before and they just kind of laughed it off I've been complaining for the last year-and-a-half and it's never used to be like that used to be good stuff now it's garbage that you got badly and you going to have to go to intensive care at the hospital
