Columbia Hyundai - No service accountability at dealership

My car was towed to Columbia Hyundai around the end of June. When I was looking for a place to tow my car too, I called Columbia Hyundai who said they could possibly look at my car earlier than 3 weeks, but I had an appointment on July 7th.

I called at the beginning of July to check and see if they had been able to look at my car yet. After calling several times, I finally got a hold of Eddie from the service department, who said my car was not there and that he could not find my car. I panicked and got a hold of my sister to go up there and check and make sure my car was there. When she got there, she found my car sitting directly in front of the service department.

I called to check on my car on the 7th and the 8th also, and received no return phone call. Eddie from the service department was supposed to call me when he had time. I finally got a ride up there on Saturday and saw my car to find my brand new tires had been switched and everything looked rusted and worn I just did a lot of repair work on that car and had new tires.

Now this is August 2nd and I still have not received any phone calls from anyone at Columbia Hyundai. never did.
