Left without gas service in the cold
Columbia Gas relies too heavily on plumbing companies to fix minor gas leaks inside the home. Many plumbing companies find gas line repairs very difficult and impossible to do on weekends.
I am 74 years old.
I have had no gas service for 4 days; it is below freezing outside. Plumbing companies have to run air pressure tests because Columbia locks the gas valve to off.
User's recommendation: Get somebody to fix a gas leak immediately
