They gave an excuse for not responding - away from the office - but did not explain why they violated their own policy. If I buy their product again I will not buy directly from them!.

I am a repeat customer of Columbia Books. On my order for the 2021 Presidential Edition, I pre-ordered and paid for my book, but never received it. Eventually I did get the book but no explanation as to what happened to my order. I contacted Susan Chambers and a Mr Barnes, but they will not respond!

Preferred solution: I want to have the confidence that I can pre-order with assurances that the initial problem will not happen again!
