I placed a online order at the wrong location I'm in muskogee ok I placed a 80 dollar order online at the store in White Hall AR and immediately called the store to ask if they could cancel the order because I placed it at the wrong location so even tho i called the store within a minute of placing it for cancelation it's not like the food was already made the store said check online for a refund when all it says online is call the store I'm really disappointed that y'all still charged my card!

Paid for dinner and left ,taking pics of my tag so I stopped,and asked what was wrong,said I didn't pay ,looked at camaras and showed I payed ,didn't have footage of after waitress went back to table,We had daughter in law with us ,on separate tickets,after we left they charged her card for our purchase.i don't see how that's right,service was horrible,food had to be taken back and some was forgot,it was our grandsons 4 th birthday and they were going to something for him and forgot that ,still have not received a call from there headquarters.
