Quantity over Quality
Last Saturday my gf and i booked apts for 2 pedicures and manicures. The owner which had taken the apt also.
As she is the only one able to really communicate with clients.( some what)We both waited for 40 min before anyone attended us. We both sat in the pedicure chairs wit our feet in lukewarm water( not my preference and i enjoy it hot) i asked the one of the staff to make it warmer and she turned on the tap for 5 sec sprayed some water and flew back to her waiting other client. Finally we were both attended to. We both never got our legs massaged and lackluster care is what it boiled down too.Now after the attendant finished she quickly rushed me over to the manicure side.
Now waiting another 20min. My gfs nails warrant painted properly and all the attendant did was try fixing t quickly which looked even worse after. Walk ins kept coming in and getting attended to before us. I didn't even get the shellac in my nails plain manicure.
My gf tried the shellac for the first time and she was not impressed how poor and effortless the care and attention these ladies were giving out. All in all it was my neighbour hood place now i will never be going back after 3 hours or waiting. Not impressed.
And they charged full price for our pedicures.The owner Christine will run her busy business inti the ground if operates like that.
