If you are a licensed Colorado Agent and a recruiter contacts, you from Colorado Insurance RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THEM!!! They will butter you up with lies, deception and mislead you to join their team of licensed Agents, telling you there is a one-time buy in fee of $5000.00, no monthly fees and that there is no monthly quota.

Once signed up and the buy in fee has been paid they treat you as their employee and quota is the main drive to boost the team leaders stats (it's all about competition and performances between team leads, not you) then they will start charging you a monthly fee of a $150.00 to use their services and make you register your company as an S-Corp or LLC even though you are a Sole Proprietor. You will receive notices of changes that Colorado Insurance will enforce on your business without any input from their Partner Agents and no communication, explanations or reasons from Management AT ALL for the changes, just a simple generic e-mail from your team leader down playing the major changes they put in place. Don't dare question their decisions made, if you do they will avoid giving you a satisfactory answer or down right lie to you.

There is no Trust, Integrity or Ethical behavior that I have experienced. I'm writing this so no other Licensed Agent will be deceived, scammed or mislead by their lies.
