Walmart claims in committing fraud

I went to Walmart to cash my greatcoloradopayback. Upon initially walking up to the money check counter, the lady proceeded to inform me that the check can't be read by her system and that it is too much.
I said, 'Okay, this must have been what my dad was talking about.' So I left. When I realized it was tax season and their max amount goes up to 7500, I came back.
But now the manager is telling me I'm a fraud and that my check ain't real. Now he won't cash it.

They said because the amount is higher than their max amount of 5000 that I have to comeback at the correct time I came back saying google says that your tax time amount is 7500 since it is tax time y won’t u cash my treasury check?after rigorous examination of my check they ( whilst laughing as though he couldn’t get enough of himself ) proceeded to tell me it was fraudulent and that Walmart can’t risk cashing something that MIGHT { emphasis on might } be fake. Then said the computer said so by not taking the check said “ oh yeah it has to be fake the system won’t even read your check!!!!!”.

Going on 3 years, I have uploaded every document they have asked for to claim my property I have proven beyond a doubt who I am and my addresses ! I continue to get the run-around on what belongs to me, there is no contact # . I am going crazy ,especially when they ask for the same things I have already provided at least twice over!
