My friends and I took a private tour on 11/6/2020 and paid $850+ for it.
Originally it was scheduled for 1pm but we were asked if we could change to 11am, which we agreed to.
Our 3 excursions were supposed to be visiting a consumption lounge, city tour and history, a private tour of the industrial grow shop.
As we were driving around, I asked our tour guide to tell us the history of the city and what sites we will see and he advised that he was new to the job and city so he doesnt know anything. WTH?!?!
We then received a 20 mins tour of the industrial grow, if you would even call it a tour.
The expert guide there was brand new to the industry so he couldnt answer the questions we had and we basically stood in one area the whole time. So I essentially paid an extra $150+ to see a few plants up close.
WTH again!!
We made a 15 mins visit to a glass shop (which we didnt ask for) and then we ended up at the lounge for 20 mins, which we had to pay our own entry for, which is not noted on their website.
I paid $850+ for an hour of tours with no experts and didnt even get one of the tours I asked for.
Everyone on the tour was disappointed and I was embarrassed for recommending this company. Company offered a 50% discount on future tours since a service was rendered even though it was not what I booked and after a posted a negative Yelp review, they added they could reimburse the entry fee to the lounge.
