Incorrect account balance

Dear Swiss Colony, I have been a loyal customer of Swiss Colony for several years. April 2022 I had a balance of $190 that I paid off promptly. Several MONTHS later I recieved a bill for $150... Which puzzled me because I knew I had a zero balance. When I contacted Swiss Colony they said my bank had "charged that back", ..mind you. this was months later...I havent recieved a bill or seen or heard of any "charge-back from my bank" I contacted my bank and we went over my entire account from April 2022 to date...they said I have not had ANY charge backs, over drafts or anything that would have generated a "charge back". I don't even know what that is! After checking with my bank I contacted Swiss Colony again..and advised them of the information from my bank. W Whoever it was I spoke with said I would have to have my bank contact them. So again, I contacted my bank and they advised me that they did not send a charge back to Swiss Colony...this was not accurate...and they did give out give out "letters, or make phone calls with my account information to third parties, that was up to me...So all I know is to send you a copy of my account informatio... for that date so that you will see the balance was paid in full to Swiss Colony. Now I am being harassed with phone calls from Swiss Colony as well as a bad mark on my good credit...and because it has yet to be paid I am being charged late charges that make the balance over $200! I do not intend to pay Swiss Colony any more money! I do not know why the confusion occured but I cannot help but wonder why if there was a problem, with any of my payments that Swiss Colony waited 4 or 5 months to contact me. As well as why any transaction on my bank statement reflected a debit or debit for that amount! Please cease calling me and sending me statements saying I owe you any money! I do not! I do not intend to pay Swiss Colony for any mistake in account. I don't know what else to do at this point other than maybe contact an attorney and then who is gonna pay for that?? I still haven't heard anything from them since my complaint.. I think this has been handled in a poorly way.. the least someone could do is answer my complaint.. horrible way to do business and awful customer service

I've had several account within the The Colony Brand stores with a great pay history. This year there have several Health challenges that affected income. I started seeing purchases on the account that I did not place the orders. I have a fraud alert on all credit reports with the statement to contact me before releasing any orders or information about the account. They did not contact me before releasing the order nor did they check the credit bureaus. It became very obvious that the orders were placed from inside their company and they I thought I would not notice. I called the companies each time it happens and sometime they would credit the purchase back. I should not have to pay for purchases that are not mine. I would question the company with my concern and ask for assistance to resolve the issue agreeable to both parties. They refused with them telling me to go see credit counseling which is ridiculous. I've filed with FTC to report the fraud. I did not want to ruin my credit which is why I wanted to get assistance with removing the fraudulent purchases and late fees. I spoke to Maria Schmidtt regarding the issue and she presented her resolution as "I'm doing you a favor". On 07/10/19, I received a call from Maria questioning why I did not accept the resolution sent to the Better Business Bureau. I explained to her we did not resolve anything because the late fees and fraudulent purchases are still on the account. She says I told you once I see you make the required payments, I would remove the purchases and late fees. I told her this issue isn't resolved if you are waiting to remove purchase not mine and the late fees. PLEASE CONSUMERS IF YOU HAVE ANY ACCOUNTS WITH COLONY BRAND COMPANY...REVIEW YOUR ACCOUNT, BILLING AND PURCHASES!!! I have deducted the purchases on the account and the late fees back to November since they would not.
