Customer service or phone calls
Cant get ahold of no one. My call drops every time I call and try to talk to a live person. I have called at least 20 times and every time I try to talk to someone the phone call tells me that the call fails. And I know I have service. So it would help that you all fix your phones

The automated voice says it will transfer you to a Representative, but needs information to get you to the right person, but never does. I need a real person that can understand what I am asking for.

They paid everything but the crown and all information was there in black and white
Having my agent take care of it And I am not pissed off stuff just happens colonial paid for first visit paid X-ray and the follow up visit but not the crown Dr. has it all written down

Website for policy holders always down and Customer Service is RUDE
Been trying to access the Colonial life website for policy holders for weeks now and all it does is "trying to download" and just "clocks".... When calling Customer Service for assistance on policy and website I've never been subjected to such RUDENESS! I was told ..."not my department and I don't know who you should talk to..."

I had the same problem...However the website has been down for couple months now... and trying to speak with someone who likes their job in Customer Service is trying...(I don't like to call anyway and prefer to do my business online)...I've been seriously thinking of switching to AFLAC. dddk sdkfks ksksk
