This place is the very definition of a scam. On 11/15 I hit a deer on a rural road.

I called the police, and waited beside my damaged car. Collision 19 showed up to the scene. I thought my insurance company sent them, but I later found out that they drive around listening to a police scanner and show up pretending they were sent when they were not. They towed my car to their shop.

After a few days there (because they were closed when they had advertised being open), my insurance informed me they were not “in network” but that I could use them if I wanted. I was going to have the car moved to a place in network for Progressive but a woman called me from Collision 19 and convinced me to keep my car there by telling me that 1) they would save me my deductible since “it is up to the discretion of the owner” 2) they have certified mechanics who do great work and it is guaranteed work. I thought that since my vehicle was already there, I’d stay there to get the work done.

I then had to use my disabled mother’s car to get back and forth to doctor’s appointments and physical therapy resulting from the accident. I called on multiple occasions only to be told blatant lies about the progression of the repairs.

I will keep details brief but they did things like say they were ordering parts then supposedly after more weeks they still hadn't even picked up the parts much less actually install them. Then more weeks would pass and finally they said my car would be ready so I went there and my car was not ready at all. They said they would bring it to me, so I waited at home - only to have them call later in the day and say it still wasn't ready. This caused chaos and so much upset for not only me but my family and coworkers as I had to rearrange/reschedule or cancel things repeatedly.

I lost a total of 7 very inconvenient weeks of time waiting for them to get my car ready, and in the meantime witnessed them doing the same type of thing to countless other customers while I sat in the waiting room. The owner would disappear for hours and leave the receptionist alone, and sneak in back doors so he didn’t have to address his angry customers. I will say that the receptionist seems to be trying to help customers but she is lied to and has to pass on that bad info. I ended up so frustrated with this after 7 weeks of blatant lies and sitting in the waiting room all day (after being told it was going to be ready that day) I decided to take my car elsewhere.

When I left there, my car - that supposedly only needed the AC charged - was BARLEY drivable.

I had to get it fixed for $400 more elsewhere just to have it be drivable, safe & have AC. AND that $400 didn't even address the issues they left messed up/broken!!!

Some say I should have taken it back to get it fixed but I wouldn't go back here if someone paid me!

This place should not be allowed to stay in business, do not EVER take your vehicle here!
