Order to manlla
Two cakes ordered and paid for to be delivered to Manila in Philippines for christmas neither has arrived and no notification if them being dispatched as we usually recieve.
Sadly my family have had these cakes delivered each year since the early seventies.to which ever country we are working in and usually service is excellant. Please let us know if we will get them. Regards the Mawdesleys

YOUR DELIVERY TO FINLAND IN NOVEMBER OR DECEMBER
My problem is that your wonderful large fruit cake has got lost in the Finnish postal system ( or it was stolen !!) Unfortunately, I can't find my original order paperwork for it and so as to trace it here in Finland I need the package's dispatch number which would have been on the outside of the package. I'm sorry to bother you with this but I so missed receiving your wonderful cake.
I know that it is in Finland somewhere since I paid customs duty on it's arrival.

Just wanted you to know I have been eating your fruit cakes for years but this one this year seems to be different. Has too much fruit and not enough cake.

I PLACED ORDER BY PHONE, MY CREDIT WAS CHARGED IMMEDIATELY, 5 AND 7 DAYS LATER I SENT 3 EMAILS ASKING FOR ORDER CONFIRMATION BY EMAIL, THEY HAD ALL MY INFORMATION, NO RESPONSE OR CHEESECAKE, THEY ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, CAN'T EVEN RESPOND TO EMAILS REQUESTING AN APPROXIMATE DELIVERY DATE OR ORDER STATUS, THEY HAVE MY MONEY, THEY DON'T GIVE A RATS *** ABOUT MY MONEY OR FOOD, DON'T ORDER BY PHONE OR EMAIL BECAUSE THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE YOU WON'T RECEIVE THE ORDER, NOW I HAVE TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE AND COPY ALL CORRESPONDCE I SENT THEY WERE SO INCONSIDERATE NOT EVEN TO RESPOND OR REFUND MY MONEY, COME ON THIS WAS A ONE TIME A YEAR TREAT AND DON'T HAVE A CONCIOUS

collinstreetbakery advertises specials for free shipping over 50.00 and 4.95 shipping on all other orders when you sign up for their email specials and catalogs-the collinstreet bakery doesn't honor these offers, I wrote them by email and talked personally on the phone and both times the people working thers told we only honor specials on Christmas orders and the fruitcakes leftover from Christmas, however the offers are dated january 2013 ongoing through out the year. This is a clear case of false advertisement and the customer service person talking on the phone was rude and did not attempt to be pleasant

yeah they stole my money I never received the food and they charged my credit card for the food and they were extremely rude :(
