GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR ORDER

I PLACED ORDER BY PHONE, MY CREDIT WAS CHARGED IMMEDIATELY, 5 AND 7 DAYS LATER I SENT 3 EMAILS ASKING FOR ORDER CONFIRMATION BY EMAIL, THEY HAD ALL MY INFORMATION, NO RESPONSE OR CHEESECAKE, THEY ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, CAN'T EVEN RESPOND TO EMAILS REQUESTING AN APPROXIMATE DELIVERY DATE OR ORDER STATUS, THEY HAVE MY MONEY, THEY DON'T GIVE A RATS *** ABOUT MY MONEY OR FOOD, DON'T ORDER BY PHONE OR EMAIL BECAUSE THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE YOU WON'T RECEIVE THE ORDER, NOW I HAVE TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE AND COPY ALL CORRESPONDCE I SENT THEY WERE SO INCONSIDERATE NOT EVEN TO RESPOND OR REFUND MY MONEY, COME ON THIS WAS A ONE TIME A YEAR TREAT AND DON'T HAVE A CONCIOUS

collinstreetbakery advertises specials for free shipping over 50.00 and 4.95 shipping on all other orders when you sign up for their email specials and catalogs-the collinstreet bakery doesn't honor these offers, I wrote them by email and talked personally on the phone and both times the people working thers told we only honor specials on Christmas orders and the fruitcakes leftover from Christmas, however the offers are dated january 2013 ongoing through out the year. This is a clear case of false advertisement and the customer service person talking on the phone was rude and did not attempt to be pleasant

yeah they stole my money I never received the food and they charged my credit card for the food and they were extremely rude :(
