I have been a dedicated consumer of College Inn products for over 40 plus years.

Im sad to say the product has fallen in quality. I was using College Inn in a recipe and decided to taste it.

It had absolutely no taste! This is not the first time I encountered a lack of total total taste.

Opened a tube of Vomit!!!

On Saturday April 16th 2022 I bought a tube of College Inn Savory Infusions- Herb Roasted Chicken Base from local Stop & Shop in Bayonne NJ.

Today, Wednesday April 20th, I started to prepare dinner, small potatoes to roast I opened the tube, removed the seal and squeezed out some of the base.

The smell that came out of the tube, I can only describe was unadulterated vomit, it was foul!

I inspected the potatoes, all the buds were in perfect order, no dents or rotten sides. I sniffed the tube closer and the smell was overwhelming.

I threw the potatoes under hot water to rinse the slop off,

I dont know what happened here, is it suppose to smell that bad?

I have not posted this anywhere, I am only reaching out to you directly.

I am requesting a refund or an substitute item if available.

I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Please check your stock, I doubt if this is intentional.
