STAY AWAY - WASTE OF BOTH TIME AND MONEY

We wanted to try the system out for a year and honestly spend hundreds of hours across teams trying to make it work for us. We finally had to conclude that it is snake oil.

There is nothing unique about their system nor is there anything that actually helps that you can't already do. Also, data is shared across companies so if you are at all concerned with data privacy I would stay way at all costs.

Waste of Time and Money

There is nothing worse than loosing time. The only thing worse is loosing money.

Collectivei was able to accomplish both in one experience. STAY AWAY. There are too many other solutions out on the market to even interact with them. From the start their marketing team tried to engage my team in the most unprofessional manner.

I have never had someone reach out and be so aggressive. Then the leadership team tried to pretend they knew what they were doing. The only reason we engaged with them is because someone on our board said it was okay. It was an absolute waste of money and time.

STAY AWAY. We tried to get a refund and they stopped responding and would not give our money back.

Absolutely ridiculous. We literally had to fire them and now are taking a huge loss.

Product NO ONE NEEDS - STAY AWAY

The vendor approached us to increase our sales and all I can say is that we were better off before ever interacting with them. The solution does not do anything and after months of trying to integrate we are now taking them to court. DO NOT SIGN ANY AGREEMENT WITH THEM.
