I had two things stolen from my car

AI Highlights
  • - My car charger and aux cable were stolen.
  • - The service rep was rude and hung up on me.
  • - I won't deal with them again.

I had my car charger stolen and my aux cable taken, I hate thieves if it doesn't belong to you then you don't take it simple as that. The lady I spoken to was rude very rude she hung up on me more than once.

She needs training in customer service, the woman is lucky I'm not her boss because she would of been fired!!! These people are rude and ignorant I definitely do not recommend these people at all.

This will be the first and last time I ever deal with them again. Angry

User's recommendation: Do not do business with these people

Funny .... "first and last time you do business with them." Being a repo company, they do their business with your lien holder.

You aren't their customer, your finance company is. I bet if you choose not to pay your bills again, you'll do business with them again!

Not that it is any of your business I was hospitalized and not allowed to work and I was told it was being paid. I have the car now so don't be rude

If you weren't on the loan with the deceased, there isn't a repo company in the country that will release property to a third party. It's on you to call your mother's lien holder and get them to submit a third party release.

It wasn't your tag, either. Understand the laws before becoming a "pissed consumer."

Cowards and Thieves

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Night repossession with limited options; pickup distance was 35 miles.
  • - Schedule by call; appointments 10 AM–2 PM Mon–Thu; address given that day.

I have no problems with my vehicle being repossessed. But this company did it in the middle of the night and offers limited recovery options for personal property from the vehicle. It is as if they intentionally do so to keep personal property.

You must call between the hours of 10 AM and 2 PM Monday through Thursday only to schedule an appointment. The appointments are between 10 AM and 2 PM Monday through Thursday only. Then you must call back the day of the appointment to get the address. Why can't you get it when you make an appointment? And in my case the pick up was 35 miles away.

Preferred solution: Reimbursement for rental car to pick up personal property

Yes its crazy how u have to call back the day of the appointment to get the address but if they wasnt so rude they would be like other company and give u all the information at once *** they already have the car and way out in the goonies so what they scare of and im from FL so they cant tell me nothing about nothing policies and procedures bcause FL is the worst state ever

Guest

Reimbursement to pick up your personals? Did the repo company cause you to not have the vehicle you borrowed money to purchase? Not sure how your failure to pay your bills becomes the problem of the repo company.

You must be the owner of this raggedy company. You are on every comment trying to make sense of the nasty tactics this company pulls.

God sees all! Your day is coming
