DEFECTIVE TOOTH BRUSH
As mentioned earlier some hard black paste type material is oozing out from the back end of the brush
I want clarifications wheather the material is harmful for my health secondly how did it enter the brush
and thirdly what is the QUALITY CONTROL doing

Too minty toothpastes…
You guys have increased the quantity of mint in your toothpastes recently & that ruined the gentleness of them. Please dont make them so strong with so much mint in it.
Specially in Colgate total & in few other toothpastes.
Please restore the previous versions of these toothpastes. Thank you

I have purchased your product Colgate paste active salt Neem recently from smile super market India.Unfortunately after using the paste mouth is getting burning sensation.I was trying to speak your office in Mumbai on 022 6709**** several times but she is not responding properly.Also I have sent email to consumer department but no reply from them.This is the way your company staff behaving with coustomer in India.Please look into it and do needful.
