Motor in loveseat not working

This set is rarely used. The loveseat was reclining on both sides but suddenly stopped for no apparent reason.

Ticked off customer... I’ve had my lift chair since March it has had to be repaired 2 times the first time I had only had the chair 3 weeks and it stopped lifting tech came out often 2 weeks and

I would like my money back it should not take 3 weeks to get a lift chair fixed if so either you have way too many repairs or Not enough techs. The remote does not work or light up but the outlet plug is green as well as the battery pack BUT the chair will Not come down all the way

Replaced the battery box NOW on the first of JULY it is stuck in a semi recline position Ive had Knee Replacement which is why I bought the chair and my knee needs to be elevated because of complications during my surgery had my son in law not been there to help me out I would still be stuck in the chair I continue to call Colfax Cust service and Im told tech at cat napper has been contacted but I have not had a response from ANYONE this chair needs to be fixed ASAP This was not my first cat napper or buying from Colfax BUT I WILl NEVER BUY from either again!!!!! Id really like to have my money back!!!!!

REFUND

I PUT A $315 DEPOSIT ON SOME FURNITURE THROUGH COLFAX FURNITURE, MY CAR BLEW UP AND I HAD TO CANCEL IT, I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD RECIEVE MY REFUND IN 10 DAYS, IT HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS, I CALL BUT GET THE SAME STORY EVERY TIME, IF I OWED YA'LL THAT MONEY YOU WOULD EXPECT ME TO PAY IT, AND I EXPECT THE SAME FROM YA'LL, *** POOR BUSINESS, IS ALL I HAVE TO SAY, EITHER I GET MY REFUND THIS WEEK OR I START SEEKING AN ATTORNEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, I WILL TURN YA'LL OVER THE BBB. Hey Sandra!

As I emailed previously, I am working with RAC Acceptance to get this claim processed. Due to the fact that your contract is not with Colfax Furniture there is nothing we can do, but I am making sure that RAC is getting this handled.
