Coleman Furniture - STILL WAITING FOR LIVING ROOM SET - ORDERED 12/28/17

Still waiting for a living room set I ordered nearly 2 months ago! I call them nearly every day to check on the status and I always hear 'it's scheduled to arrive at our hub by the end of the business day'...yet I'm still waiting plus I'll have to wait for a delivery date once they FINALLY get it!

Very disappointed as I read others 'good' reviews prior to purchasing and was aware it could take up to 3-4 weeks but wasn't expecting to be waiting still at 6-7 wks!! I've asked for a refund & I'm told I'll get charged a 15% restocking fee...pfffff, ridiculous!

No delivery should take a month and a half- they list 2-4 weeks, call after 2 and decide to change their "ETA" then refuse to respond when a customer requests a mangers callback. Finally they justify their lack of delivery by saying it's within their ETA which means nothing when they just keep making it up as they go.

By their standards a year is within ETA. Amy their "customer service manager" is incapable of doing anything but lying and excusing their poor service and lack of delivery. According to her there is nothing they can ever do about anything, and apparently the customer is the one to be considerate of them rather than them acknowledging and making any effort to compensate for their inability to perform the service within the time frame they declare on the website.

2-4 weeks means 6+, so if you dont need furniture they are a great choice. Anyone is better off ordering from a local furniture store or amazon, they will get you your products and do more than lie and say sorry for having failed to do it.

I received $3600 worth of my furniture and most of it was not what I ordered. I did not order online.

I ordered through a salesperson in hopes of everything arriving correctly. Wrong! I spoke with 3 different customer representatives who were not willing to help at all. I ordered white chairs and received an ugly brown color.

They say there is no white, but when I called Ashley they said its on backorder, so whatever was available is what they sent. My bed was suppose to be white and it is brown. I have a gray and white house so none of this matches. Customer service was not willing to do anything unless I paid for it.

It is not my mistake. I spoke with Cierra, Candace, and Felice. So, be very careful. Do not order from them because it is yours whether it is right or not!

Very expensive lesson. Also, their delivery drivers deliver when they have enough load, so you may get your furniture in one week or four weeks.

Coleman Furniture - These guys are terrible with customer service

I order and waited for a couple of weeks The order confirmation said that I would be receiving a shipment I received no shipping notification, there is no online status. I tried calling them but after holding for over 15 minutes I gave up after a few times.

I finally got through and they said they would call the manufacturer and call me back. They never called me back. Another multiple times trying to call them on hold. Finally, got through and they said that in fact the chairs had been shipped!

No tracking information still. Left my name for a supervisor to call me back. No call back.

Get the picture? I am actually on hold now again and let's see what happens!

Do you only take negative reviews here? I had a great experience with Coleman.

Lets see, $1500 cheaper than Ashley furniture. Exact same model. 5 year guarantee plan. Delivered in 3 weeks by a local delivery company included in the price!

No complaints, just enjoying my new sectional! I even contacted them via their online chat a few times to check on the status of the order. This may be the only sore spot. They tend to want to leave the chat as soon as your question is answered.

I'm not sure if they are inundated with customers or just short staffed.

Overall very pleased with my order. Happy customer in Syracuse, UT

I purchased a furniture set from Coleman Furniture on July 25, 2016 using my Amazon. Com link and the amazon credit card.

They charged my credit card 1,195.00. I still have not received and furniture as September 23, 2016. After many attempts to cancel this transaction they have not returned the purchase amount to my credit card. Now they are stating that if u cancel the purchase i will have to pay a restoking fee of 298.00.

It is against the law to charge someone if the product was never received. I wanted the furniture but they kept telling me there was a defect in one of the recliners. After months of non delivery of course who would not cancel this order.

My next email will be to the better business burea. I have had with Coleman Furniture!#!

Word for word (except our purchase was a bed) was our experience with Coleman. Has not been delivered as of 1/14/17 charged our credit card 11/16/16, want 25% to cancel order and they continue to fail to communicate with us? Terrible company for customer service and customer satisfaction!

Horrible customer service. I ordered 2 tables from Coleman furniture on 5/8.

I still do not have my tables today. After 3 weeks sun delivery came to deliver tables and could not figure out how to put them together. After 2 hours they finally told me there was a manufacturing defect. Now after a month.

Several promises of call backs and not know when sun delivery wil deliver my tables I called to cancel. I was advised I would have to pay 25% restocking fee and shipping. That equates to a $440. I asked to speak with Manager and no one ever calls you back.

I get an email tonight saying the director will not be calling you although I was assured the Director would reach out to me. But the rep advised I will need to deal with her.

The rep advised due to terms & conditions I would have to pay restocking and shipping fees. I wish I knew what I know now after reading all of the reviews

Everything looked wonderful. The price and hey free shipping on top of that and omg I must be lucky cause they will assemble it too¡?!!!

Ok yeah the furniture would not fit through a standard 36 exterior door the furniture is 42 inches. No warning anywhere and now for a living suit that with a 5 year warranty would cost me 1650. They want to charge me a 25% restoring fee 393. Plus that free shipping is longer free and now want shipping too and from for 345.

So Coleman really??? I waited 9 weeks for my items and now you want almost 50% of the purchase price 730. For whattttttt?

This company looks like the best present in history but is truly the biggest disappointment and a scam to get over on people. I am 81 and truly feel this was an Internet scam

I concur they tried to charge me 350 shipping on a 260 dollar unit after they said they warrantied it. This company is a ripoff and will be reported to the better business bureau....
