Received replacement parts for wonky chair. Seat bed cushion is flat on the right side chair back is snagged, and they didn't include the front legs or chair brace.
What a joke. Not worth any more of my time I'll pitch the worthless replacement and just deal with it.

February 6th, still nothing from customer service, they are waiting on a response from the manufacturer, per received email. I made a report to the Better Business Bureau, for all the good that may do.
This has honestly been a fairly unpleasant experience.
I will buy from local retailers moving forward. I will update again if I ever get a response from the customer service department.

Received January 27th. Delivery was fairly uneventful, scheduled for Friday, cancelled, showed up Sunday.
One chair rocks, and the seat bed is cracked in half.
Trying to get a replacement, but I'm not hopeful, in that the customer service rep emailed that the bottom of the chairs won't always be smooth. Good grief.

After posting this review, I received a phone call indicating that the local delivery company would NOT be delivering the furniture. Coleman offerred to re-order or refund.
I'm not sure how long re-ordering will take.
Possibly four to six weeks. Checking on direct delivery from the manufacturer, which might be speedier, in that the two chairs I received from them literally took less than two weeks.I'll update again once I decide on a resolution.

Ordered a dining set on October 18th. Received an email in November indicating that the set was received, but was damaged and would be re-ordered.
Received an email on November 30 that the set had been shipped, and that I would be contacted for delivery.
Email December 7, local delivery company was to be contacting me regarding delivery. I expeted a week, nothing. Emailed the account specialist on the 14th. She responded on the 17th, that she would 'check'.
Received a call on the 18th that the delivery company has lost two of the chairs, and that two chairs would be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Chairs received, and I was promised that the delivery company would call me THAT DAY to schedule delivery of the rest of the set. Nothing. I emailed repeatedly regarding delivery. I've had no response since December 24th. It is now closing on 3 months for delivery of this set, and of course it's paid for. I honestly would never deal with them again, and I'm ready to simply cancel the order and look for a new set. I have an empty dining room now, and no furniture.
