No change in my credit score
Bad experience they called promising me the ability to better loan opportunities by aiding in fixing my credit however after joining this program my credit has not gone up my bank account has just gone down. Very unhappy with how unprofessional they are after collecting payment.

This company calls people pitching to fix their credit, charges them whatever they can get, and then disappears. I was persuaded to enroll in Cole Peck & Associates credit improvement program.
I declined because their promises sounded too good to be true and I did not like the salesmen's tactics. It is evident that I made the right choice after reading other reviews.

Poor customer service
I have fully settled my payment, but now my calls are not being returned. Initially, they were prompt in returning calls, but ever since they received my money, I can't get anyone on the phone.
Over the past three months, my credit has shown little to no improvement. This is not how business should be conducted. I was referred to this company by someone else who had just started the process, so we were both unaware of the potential issues. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to access my account to check the status because the system isn't working.
I've reviewed my credit report again, and there have been no changes. If you are considering using their services, proceed with caution. Based on my experience, their customer service is below average. I should have researched this organization more thoroughly instead of relying on someone else's recommendation.
They have very few reviews, and my experience does not align with the positive ones that are available. I'm not sure what went wrong.

After numerous attempts I was able to get removed from their call list
They called me to explain how they could assist with increasing my credit score which would allow me access to larger loan amounts with better terms. While this sounded great a quick google search confirmed that several other customers had bad experiences with this company. Luckily I did not follow through with the process be ware of companies like this

Was able to chargeback my card to get a refund but very disappointed in the way they operate
They assured me help with my credit score at a time where I didnt have a lot of disposable income. Reluctantly I paid for the service with the understanding that they would help me improve my score and help remove some things from my report.
None of this has been the case my report looks the same.
They keep trying to bill me still and are of no assistance. Total rip off
