- - Jennifer Brown of Coldwell Banker harassed us, used closing docs to get family's contact info, burned husband's tools and sent threats and videos.
Jennifer Brown, an agent of Coldwell Banker, was one of the agents with whom we purchased our home. She has been harassing me, using information from the closing of the property to acquire contact information for my family to call and harass them.
Mrs. Brown had been sending threatening emails to my teenage daughter, stating she intended to harm me. Mrs. Brown has burned my husband's (who just passed away) tools and sent videos to my daughter and parents.
She obtained this contact information from the closing paperwork.
The threat to send videos of burning a child's deceased father's belongings is a horrific one to imagine. She dared to obtain contact information to reach out to a teenager and my parents, seniors in their 80s, which is alarming.
