Verified ReviewerWorst "high end" ice cream ever
- - Crime Brulee Cold Case ice cream had almost no flavor and no mix-ins.
- - About $10 per pint, quality control is questioned.
I recently purchased a pint of the Crime Brulee Cold Case Ice cream at nearly $10 pint from Fred Meyer in Monroe, WA, and was absolutely disappointed at what I received. In addition to there being nearly ZERO flavor, there was literally NOTHING mixed in.
It looked just like plain vanilla ice cream except it didn't even taste as good as plain vanilla. I am hoping this was just a random bad pint, but I will not be spending another $10 just to find out. I had pictures to provide, but there isn't even a set up for pics to be attached.
Hopefully someone can explain how this could even happen, how quality control could let this pass by on such a "high end" ice cream. I hope to at least have a couple of coupons sent my way, in order to try again, because if not I will never spend another dollar on this rip-off!
- Nno flavor
- Way too expensive
- No visible mix-ins
Preferred solution: Full refund
