You pay for a subscription to get tax reports and they are not correct. Then there is no way to contact them to get help or report the problem.
Rip off. Cancel your subscription.

I was scammed on 6/24 and received what I thought was Coinbase. I got nervous and typed in my 24-word seed phrase for my Ledger Nano X.
They took my assets from Ledger and also some Ethereum from Coinbase. I've written down transactions from Ledger Nano X and Coinbase.
