I called the number given and no one answers. It just hangs up the eight hundred number doesn't work this company is a joke

Awful experience
- - I did 3 Coinsource deals.
- - They promise 60-minute transfers.
- - The first took 8 hours; the second 60 minutes.
- - The third is pending after 6 days.
I have made 3 transactions with Coinsource. They advertise lightning fast transactions within 60 minutes.
My first transaction took 8 hours. I gave them the benefit of the doubt being I was a new user. The second transaction was right around 60 minutes.
My third has not completed, and it has been 6 days. I'm getting no response from their support team either.
