Question about a transaction today December 13
I had about $104 worth of coin in my wallet. Today I bought $200 worth of bitcoin and got about 170.
That gave me a total of about 274 in my wallet. Then I sent $150 and then there's only 104 left in my account. 104+172=276-150=126. Now have about 105.
About 20 short? Can you please explain?
The person I sent to said she got just a little bit more than 150??? It says I sent $172 but I only really sent 150 and that's how much the other party received?

Been Screwed by Coinomi many times
YES I have wrote e-mails, Registered Letter, but they just refuse to reply, I am now writing a book about the criminal activities of Coinomi PREFACE This is a true story of a company “Coinomi” who not only preys on the elderly, but is corrupt to the core, everything I was ever told was a lie, after breaking promises, cheating me out of tens of thousands of dollars, my inspiration for writing this book, is because this company is the most corrupt company in the world,
This report is to request the Security Exchange Commission act against Coinomi Crypto for theft, robbery and fraud of my money which has been in my Coinomi wallet for a year and currently has a balance of $380**-**. Last week I received a letter from Antony Coinomi with a list of apologies, he did not mean a word, because the following day, he changed his mind again.
This company has made several promises to transfer the money to my bank account, the President of Coinomi, Sebastian Bowan a senior team member and Anthany Jaques company financial advisor, each promised me in writing that I would be paid in full ($38000) within 48 hours guaranteed.
Then, the following day, Sebastian phoned to say, there is another change, I will not be able to receive my funds unless I pay over $1290-00, if I pay this the money will be in my bank account within 20 minutes, this is Blackmail.
Now he said I need to wait for an investigation to be completed.
This was the 5th time Coinomi had made promises that I should first pay a fee of $230-00, then another was $900-00 then another $410-00 and yet another for $515-00 after which I would receive my money and close my Coinomi account.
Another agent phoned to say he was going to transfer money back to my bank, but this proved fraudulent, he was transferring money from a clients account to my bank, Thomas James Evans declined your request for $1,400.00 (CAD) sent on September 13, 2023. Decline reason: I don't know the requestor.
This company will do anything to earn an extra dollar, it has zero ethics, and one cannot believe anyone, even the founder and President, they just Lie.
Should the SEC require further proof, or details, you need only ask, all I want is my money back, I am a disabled Senior/ Veteran living off a pension.

They are very Professional, Contacted Coinomi Customer Support on '1..(818)..570..6008 Good customer service means consistently meeting customers' expectations. Great customer service is quick, easy, personalized, and empathetic and Coinomi does that all.
I contacted customer service at least ten times and they respond on average within 2 minutes.

This app coinomni will steal your money period people. Do not trust this app with nothing. They stole every dime I had. The increases they claimed never existed either.

Agent Pearl doesn't Understand what I need help with
service Agent thinks i need help with my computer and sent me to a site where I have to put in a credit card to get help. I already have my own computer tech.
I need help getting my Pass Phrase typed in the way I received it in 3 words per line with 24 words to input. the pass phrase screen doesn't allow you to drop down to put in the next 3 words. Pearl has me cut off so I can't get back to her.
That's worst customer service I have ever gotten from anyone. I desperately need help to get this done to restore my pass word.

Loss of access to wallet
I have been using Coinomi wallet for the longest time possible. I had a change of phone and I wanted to import my wallet into the new phone and I noticed that the word 'guage' is no longer available in their database and this is the last word on my seedphrase, I was particularly sure of this because I cross checked the seedphrase before I deleted it from the old phone and I have imported that wallet in time past and I have written it down in three different places and it has been confirmed to be so.
There is quite a large number of assets and I'll be so grateful if this is looked into promptly. Thank you.

Non access to wallet
I had issues with my phone and got a new phone and I tried to import my coinomi wallet to the new one and I typed in my passphrase up to the last word and I realized that the word 'guage' does not exist in the list of words accepted by coinomi. I have been battling to access my account to no avail and this has left me in a state of confusion because I have quite the number of funds in it.
Please how do I go about this and please treat this as very urgent.
I expect a prompt response. Thank you.

Fraudulant transactions

It's too early into the process, it hasn't been reviewed and I haven't received any confirmation or results so I done know yet.
I sent 1500.00 to Coinomi from Ignition Casino. I waited for 2 days for it to process.
Finally Ignition processed it and it was sent successfully, but somehow it was sent to av prior wallet, and not the one i pasted the address from. Someone has taken every bit of it from that account and it was not me.

When I input an adress to send bitcoin to I saw it on the line and when I pushed send you guys complete changes that adress twice on me and I lost 1800.00 that's *** I want to be compensated how can you change the adress after I press send contact me asap
