Been trying to get a password reset for over 10 days now. I have been locked out of all my data.
I have no access to years of data that are locked up in my coin gecko account. Every few weeks it logged me out and then does not accept my password So a few days go by and then all the sudden it works again. This has been the pattern for the last year. Only this time it will not let me back in.
Ive had multiple multiple emails back-and-forth with CoinGecko over the last 10 days! I am still unable to have the app. Send me a password reset link. Coin gecko emails me but for some reason that very same email cannot get a password reset link within the app??!
Im at a loss but after not having access to my data for 10 days Im getting really frustrated because I have new data coming in that I need to add. At this point it might just be best to forget, coin gecko, although I really liked their app above the others. But what good is it if your dad is locked up and the coin gecko support cant help you get back into your account.
Really disappointed with their lack of concern. They clearly do not understand the value of the data they hold of their customers and what that data value means to the customer or it wouldnt take 10 days to send me a password reset that works!
