Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They admitted that a "glitch" caused customers' funds to appear to have disappeared (total shown balance = zero) but in fact the funds were "safe".My balance is now "back to normal"
Logged into my account today and found my balance at zero.
Coinbase support is totally unreachable - web site support page returns a loading error. The online Chat is inoperable. None of the listed phone numbers respond.

I an very disappointed with customer service, they told me that they can reverse the transaction, as i am the one who sent money to the scammers, well nobody intentionally send money to get scammed.
