The site is billing fees even if the transaction have failed.. this is incredible.

No refund you have to contact them and they are not willing to help on a fast manner. I am disappointed from such a company.

Logged into my account today and found my balance at zero.

Coinbase support is totally unreachable - web site support page returns a loading error. The online Chat is inoperable. None of the listed phone numbers respond.

no solution found, my money disappeared between Coinbase Wallet and Coinbase, the Coinbase help service wrote to me and since no response, they are responsible for the disappearance of my money, I am very unhappy with the help service of Coinbase, please tell them my dissatisfaction

The person I've spoken with was really helpful BUT the way to contact them is discouraging = no email, only phone helpdesk with hours of waiting time which is very annoying

I'm locked out of my Coinbase account forever due to the ridiculously stringent security measures, and I am not able to contacted anyone. I thought these security measures where in place to protect my account, I didn't know that it would also block ME from using it.

What is the point ! it defeats the purpose, I've been trying to access my account for weeks now,, I'm done with the crypto space, seriously I'm done !!!

I needed support with changing my address, and the support agent who helped me via their support chat was unable to understand my problem. I explained the issue in detail at least 3 times, and they were completely helpful to offer me support, as they kept understanding the problem and sending me pre-written steps to solve some other issues.Thanks to Coinbase services

Hello, I haven't had any response to resolve my problem. on Coinbase wallet I have 109478 Usdc but I cannot use them I made several transfers to Coinbase and the Usdc never arrived in my account.

on the Coinbase wallet application I do not have the possibility to use swap and bridge for Usdc. Can you help me please.

I an very disappointed with customer service, they told me that they can reverse the transaction, as i am the one who sent money to the scammers, well nobody intentionally send money to get scammed.

I have a account in coinbase, but last year I changed my phone number and I am unable to access my account. I am troubling with logging issues. I call many time to customer service Canada, but didnt get any update.

It been now 10days iv been contacting the customer service about a problème

Occurring during the linking and verification of my bank account.several email (+-10 ish) with a response from them but then no signal after this useless answer which refer the the help center basic question, which are no solving at all my problem.

It now been 2 days they not even replying to me by email.

Those lead me to thinks that this customer service suck like ***
