Resolved: This companies products are substandard, refuses to reply with refund requests after several attemps!
- - Machines don't dry clothes well, and users pay extra to dry them.
- - Refund requests have gone unanswered; money is charged from cards without notice.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted by them regarding a value code for a credit back to my card.
I have not heard back from coinamatic as it seems they are in the business of ripping off customers and extorting people.
These might seem like small amounts of like $2.75 or $3, but these add up to millions over the course of thousands of rental buildings. Coinamatic is one of the biggest rip-off scams out in the marketplace right now and getting away with it. I will also send this to CBC News to investigate them. Many of their machines also malfunction and charge you more as is which happened to me and money is just taken off your card without you knowing it.
I've sent several requests for refunds, with my email and have still never heard anything back from them.
I encourage everyone to report each and every single incident from them. Once they start receiving thousands and thousands of requests for request or negative feedback, they will wake up!
