Terrible hair quality, overpriced
- - Hair arrived dry and tangling after install.

I honestly thought I was being pranked when I opened my package.
The hair was DRY so I attempted to condition and install it. Ever since I installed it, it just tangles and tangles, and sheds.
They claim the hair I bought is VIRGIN but honestly if it is virgin its prob some scraps they picked up off the hair factory floor in New Delhi.
I feel like I paid over $500 for some trash.
Mind as well get a sew in with some good bundles.
I am OVER these damn hair influencers peddling trash while they likely get great quality hair for good sales from a scummy *** company. I tried something new and got burned!
The owner deletes most the negative reviews except 1 or 2 so don't believe the website reviews

Had the same experience. Shipping is unbelievably slow and terrible.
And the hair quality is AWFUL. And to be fair the system itself is not that great. As in, it seems like a bulky solution to crochet. The little loop at the top frays and moves if you was the hair to it looks like this big frayed knot.
I had to purchase a 100$ hair repair mask system to treat the hair because the quality was so bad.
The pricing is ridiculous. I understand needing to turn a profit but for the quality this is highway robbery.
Recently purchased and getting afraid from the reviews. Seems as though quality is not all there.
I’ve swapped up for a different texture but if the next one comes in the same shape I’ll have to return it and agree with some of the bad reviews.
What I did receive was also extremely dry. And I too am kind of shocked by the pricing.
