Hurt/Upset Consumer

Purchased bedroom furniture delivered broken, damaged, chipped, not fully stained items. Would not refund my credit card wanted to issue store credit. Offered to resend me all new bedroom furniture, again 2nd time damaged. Called store asap. Receptionist laughed, drivers stated this happens all the time. No manager on duty, owner out of the country. Salesman told me per manager yesterday if I called with complaint to refund me $120.00 of my $968.00 total purchase. I never refused with delivery. 1st delivery salesman said tell driver to put back on truck I am so embarrassed. 2nd delivery wants to send me new furniture. NOT! You couldn't get it correct 1st time, let alone 2nd time. Really, I want a full refund. You had no problem charging me full price.
