Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Multiple emails
It appears that every 60 days I get an error message that the platform does not recognize my device. After PissedConsumer got involved, my access was reinstated, however, I could not change the email (the one on file that I no longer have) because to change it, the system sends an email to that email address. It's a vicious cycle. Further, there is no customer service phone number to talk to a live person.
Everything is done by email which is too time-consuming. I've been emailing with 'Sean' for over a week about this. Then I get an email this morning saying they're closing the ticket because I never responded. What kind of operation is this company running?
Time is of the essence here.
I have important client data in these forms that I cannot access. The platform works well for what I need it for, but customer service is a minus 1.

Our company is using this site to generate different templates. However, they don't have any restoring or backup part.
Mistakenly, I edited a template and saved it, and it shows empty entries that already received from clients.
I tried to restore it to its original form, but the issue persisted. They don't have any live call option or meeting service as well.

Verified ReviewerI CANNOT ACCESS MY FORMS
I have been trying for days to connect with someone about accessing my forms. All of a sudden, the platform doesn't recognize my device, which I have been using for months, and I submitted three support tickets with no response.
I no longer have access to the email on file. I need to get into the platform to update it, but I cannot. It is urgent that I access my forms as they contain important information that I use for disability hearings. Without access, I don't have the required information to defend my client, which means I don't win their case, which means both the client and I do not get paid.
I don't understand why it is taking so long to get a response, or why there's no phone number to speak to a live person.
This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional, not to mention inconvenient to customers who pay for your service. I need my problem fixed as soon as possible!
