Ripped me off

They said they could fix our business and would show twice the return that they billed. They billed us over 16k a week until we were out of cash 6 weeks later and we were forced into bankruptcy. Run fast from these thieves!

I agree, do not trust this company! They did the same thing, made promises, claimed transparency, took thousands of dollars and bankrupted company. Spend your resource’s else where.

Cogent Analytics - members the old Chicago IPA group

Cogent Analytics claims to be a new company, but according to lawsuits filed recently, that may not be true. It seems that the ownership, many managers, William Shapcott and Jerry Williams, plus many employees such as Dave Drylie, Bret Tubergen, Therese Samudio, and others are members of the old IPA group. To learn more about IPA read: http://www.encyclopedia.com/doc/1G2-26********.html A copy of the lawsuit recently filed by the old IPA group against Braiman etc. follows below: That complaint can be read in its entirety at docekts.justia.com. The case seems to imply that contrary to Cogents own website statements that they have been in business since 2005, they are actually a new company , and their owner worked for the IPA boys until as recently as 2013! from Dockets.Justia Defendant: Robert Braiman, Cogent Analytics, LLC, f/k/a Braiman & Associates, LLC and John and Jane Does 1-10 Case Number: 1:2016cv07055 Filed: July 7, 2016 Court: Illinois Northern District Court Office: Chicago Office County: Cook Presiding Judge: Marvin E.
