They came in and basically asked everyone what WE would do to make the company better. Save your money!

Cogent Analytics claims to be a new company, but according to lawsuits filed recently, that may not be true. It seems that the ownership, many managers, William Shapcott and Jerry Williams, plus many employees such as Dave Drylie, Bret Tubergen, Therese Samudio, and others are members of the old IPA group. The case seems to imply that contrary to Cogents own website statements that they have been in business since 2005, they are actually a new company , and their owner worked for the IPA boys until as recently as 2013!

They are snake oil salesmen! They promise everything and charge you like CRAZY and drag their feet. You keep paying because you're trying to stick it out to get something for your money, until you're tens of thousands of dollars in and relieve it's not going anywhere.
I agree, do not trust this company! They did the same thing, made promises, claimed transparency, took thousands of dollars and bankrupted company. Spend your resource’s else where.
