For not modify my bill
In punjab there is eastwood and ur outlet is there and they do my wrong bill and also not modify my bill and they say there is no feautre in our system and we no modify your bill and u will pay for that but this is very cheap billing system which u will give ur franchise Stores ur company need a good billing system like tally and they dont have sale in there store so they do that thing for fullfill there sale greedy persons

HORRIBLE COMPANY
Besides the prices being astronomically high shipping costs are extremely high and the lack of any knowledge when it comes to coffee. Incase you haven't noticed at the time Im writing this coffee prices have come down yet this company wants to rob you and make a hefty profit.
Be warned take your business to another website that will provide you with higher quality customer service and lower prices. I called these people multiple time left messages and they NEVER responded. The reason for me even having to call was because there website wasn't working!!

Just definitely not worth it any more
I too have been buying from CoffeeBeanDirect for years. Probably about a decade. At first I couldn't believe how good the coffee was. Some was better but the only problem was which was the most excellent.
When I first started buying their ground coffee was about $6/# for 5# minimum ($30/bag). I always bought at least $100 because the freight was cheaper that way.
For the last couple of years it has slowly been nagging at the back of my mind that I felt the quality was declining and the price was increasing. At least that's the way it seemed to me. This last year, however, I just really felt that the quality of the coffee they sent me was on a par with Hills Bros, or Folgers. I eMailed complaints. And while they were insistent that I was wrong, they were convincing enough that I decided to give them one last chance. This month I bought some $10/# coffee which should have been just fine.
Suffice it to say that I will never be buying from them again. I recently went back to try a vacuum packed brick from my local Mexican store and it was much better for much cheaper.
Bad Quality, Bad Customer Service, Bad People!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They are out to cheat and take your money and send you substandard coffee.
They sent us ground coffee instead of the beans we ordered. They then refuse to exchanged the grounds for the beans we ordered. Since we were stuck with this coffee we tried it and found out it was not Jamaican Blue Mountain but a mixture of god knows what. Now I understand why they sent us ground coffee.
They know how to cheat. The credit card companies will not help you if it comes to quality issues. We were stuck with a charge of almost $200 and coffee that stinks.
Save your money and order from someone else. There is no deals to be had here, only the feeling like you have been taken.

I have been a customer of coffeebeandirect.com for years. I used to order with my brother-in-law and split the order due to high shipping costs.
This past order, I bought a ground bag of my favorite coffee (jamacia me crazy) and a bag of what they claimed to be the "best coffee" they had for sale. My order came to more than 85.00 with shipping and two 5lb bags of ground coffee. The "best coffee" they offered is called "Mocha Java" and it is no better than Maxwell house.
I called to see if they had any customer service / return policy offers and a woman
kept saying "unfortunately, we don't take ground coffee back", no matter what I asked her and despite my history with the company. She said they could take 10% off and order over the phone "now". Talk about insult to injury! There customer service is terrible and so are their prices. I will no longer be a customer of theirs. Buy your coffee somewhere else.

Look, I have done business with this company for a couple of years. I have ordered numerious times.
The shipping is free if you order 5-5 pound bags (keep some in the freezer to ensure freshness). OK, mistakes happen and I made one. I ordered Beans instead of Gound. What a nightmare.I wanted a credit.
I was told to take 25 pounds of beans (1-pound at a time) to a local retailer and use THEIR grinder to grind them. What? I sent back the Beans (at my expence) and still after a month have not received a refund. You can like this company, as long as everything goes right.
If it doesn't, and you have to contact their "customer relations" LOOK OUT. They suck!
I second the complaint. I ordered >$200 of coffee beans including the expensive Jamaican Blue Mountain.
The beans are very low quality and, after roasted, are essentially undrinkable. Avoid at all costs.
I have ordered twice from coffeebeandirect and have been satisfied with both orders.
